Is there a key to good health?

I wish there was just one formula I could give to someone with a disease or an illness that could fix all their health problems, but I can’t... People are so complex and need different holistic measures to help them become well. It can be as simple are changing your diet, finding out what foods to avoid, adding a probiotic, quitting a stressful job, or getting a spiritual energetic cleanse. For me, it took a lot of trial and error before I finally found out, I wasn’t in control and that I didn’t know and may never know the answer to why or how my disease came on. I was diagnosed with a severe case of ulcerative colitis back in 2021, and my life completely changed after that. I started taking my health very seriously and tried everything in my power to help treat my disease holistically. It wasn’t until I completely surrendered to the disease and let go of all expectation, is when my prayers were finally answered. For me, it was a combination of CBD oil, Stelara, and regular exercising that finally put my symptoms at bay. This doesn’t mean that CBD oil or Stelara is going to treat and cure everyone’s disease. It’s important to be our own little private investigators and really listen to our intuition. Strengthening our intuition, I believe, is the tool to better health and a much happier life. Trusting ourselves and not always relying on others is so important when it comes to figuring out what is wrong with us. Doctors can run the tests and tell you physically what is going on on the inside, but we are so much more than that.

I am a nurse, and I have seen people who have lost someone close to them go into depression. Depression can bring on a lot of different illnesses. Lonelness can also bring on illness. There have been studies showing that people who feel alone develop dementia more often because they don’t have the social stimulation that the average person does. I have seen wives that have lost their husbands develop heart issues. So as you can see, there is not just one thing that brings on an illness and there isn’t just one quick fix either. If we truly want to get better, we need to first start loving our lives, and if we don’t love our lives, then we need to start making the changes necessary to get us to do so. This isn’t always easy, but if we truly want to be happy and healthy and feel we are worthy of being healthy and happy, we will make the necessary changes. I found during my energtic healings that a lot of people don’t feel they are worthy of good health. They bought into some negative belief about themsleves and have put themselves into a box with everyone else that has self worth issues. They feel trapped, and afraid to leave their old identy behind because they feel others will not accept this new confident person. Well, I am here to tell you, you are worthy. Everyone is! So don’t be afraid to put yourself first and really evolve into the person you want to be. Just because other people want to treat their bodies poorly when they are sad doesn’t mean you have to too. We need to develolp better coping mechanisms and know we are worth it.

Sometimes, there are some things that are unfortunately out of our control, like toxins in the environment, bacteria, viruses, and polluted water supply that can have a negative effect on our health, so don’t beat yourself up everytime you get sick thinking you could have done something to prevent it. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t wash your hands or do whatever is necessary to prevent these thing from happening, I’m just saying sometimes these illnesses are out of our control. These kinds of illnesses can make us sick even if we are very healthy. I see it all the time as a nurse. Some of the healthiest people got very sick from covid 19 and were vaccinated! These types of illnesses really are truly out of our control, and I think that’s what makes them so scary. So why do good healthy people still get sick? I personally believe sometimes people choose to come to earth to eventually get sick, to teach the world or the people around them important lessons about life. A wise spiritual teacher of mine once said, “ Never mistake someone with a disease or an illness as weak, these souls are some of the bravest, strongest souls out there. They often times serve as teachers and guides for the people they love around them.” Seeing others suffer can push us to make the changes necessary in our own lives that we’ve been neglecting out of fear, or issues with self-worth. It’s important to really be honest with ourselves when investigating our health issues. You can get help with this through spiritual healings or spiritual teachers.
